Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a passion for the gaming industry. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic leader, providing financial guidance, control and management of our expanding global operations. You will need a deep understanding of the FP&A, accounting, tax and legal policies related to the global gaming market. Fluency in both Mandarin and English (written & spoken) is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Work with CEO and key stakeholders to develop the company's operational strategy, use financial levers to implement and manage the operations.
2. Manage financial operations of global team, including budgeting, financial analysis and reporting, auditing, tax, and internal controls.
3. Evaluate and manage risks, ensuring compliance with all local government, legal and industry regulations.
4. Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning and decision making, including mergers and acquisitions, investments, and capital deployment.
5. Manage and develop the finance team to ensure full in house capabilities in accounting, tax, business analysis, budget control, and ability in executing strategic objectives.
6. Strong negotiation skills, M&A deal experience a plus
7. Communicate effectively with investors, shareholders, banks, and other external entities to maintain strong investor relations.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field.
2. At least 10 years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a senior financial management role, preferably in gaming industry.
3. Deep understanding of the global gaming market and familiarity with foreign investments and mergers & acquisitions.
4. Strong understanding of key levers in gaming/internet business operations, be able to lead team to identify key bottleneck issues through financial analysis
5. Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership abilities.
6. Proficiency in English is a must.
