岗位描述
1. Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with game events or marketing campaigns
2. Provide engaging text/image/video content for social media accounts
3. Respond to comments and players' queries in a timely manner
4. Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
5. Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
6. Coordinate with Marketing, PR, and Project teams to ensure brand consistency
7. Liaise with Development and Sales departments to stay updated on new products and features
8. Build relationships with players, potential players, industry professionals, and journalists
9. Stay up-to-date with digital media trends
岗位要求
1. Proven work experience as a community manager in organizations/student unions/ brand social media accounts.
2. Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter or creating social media content)
3. Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g. engagements, reach, impression metrics )
4. Excellent verbal communication skills
5. Excellent writing skills
6. Hands on experience with social media management for brands or own social media pages.
7. Ability to interpret traffic and online customer engagement metrics
8. Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
9. BSc degree in Arts/Marketing or relevant field
