We are seeking an Operating Officer to oversee the Mattel163 studio. We’re looking for a well-seasoned leader, deeply familiar with the art of game development, studio operations and P&L management.

Responsibilities
·      Oversee studio level franchise strategy.
·      Direct and manage all aspects of game development, live operations, user acquisition, brand marketing, customer service, 3rd party collaboration 
·      Maintain a creative environment, help motivate and coach young designers into world-class developers 
·      Fully understand market trends and global competitive landscape, be able to identify opportunities in game development and marketing partnerships
·      Be able to work with finance on P&L, forecasting, budgeting, and business models
·      Work with regions around the world to development localized strategy in development and marketing 

Requirements
·      A minimum of 10 years experience in video games industry, mobile is must, PC/console a plus
·      Shipped multiple high grossing products, mobile gaming experience preferred
·      Extraordinary communications, project management, and relationship-building skills
·      Able to work well in a cross-culture, cross-border team environment and simultaneously manage multiple complex projects
·      Experience formulating product messaging and marketing plans, as well as experience with a wide range of business models and monetization methods
·      Exhibited ability to coach and mentor employees at all levels
·      Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
